Preparing working solutions for seed treatment is a troublesome and sometimes long-lasting process. After all, in addition to water and a treating agent, it is often necessary to add another form of fungicide, insecticide, growth stimulator, microelements, and so on. And all this in different proportions.
The work of the system of separate delivery of water and preparations is based on the integration by a single program of a certain number of NP-2 type peristaltic dosing pumps, which depends on the number of components of the working solution, including water.
Establishing the application rate (l / t) and each component in the working solution unit (in terms of percentage) is carried out from the general control panel or on each of the dosing pumps supplying the components from individual container,s as a rule, in which the preparation is delivered. Water is delivered into the system by a dosing pump from the main tank of the seed treater. When operating the system, the express information on the actual amount of water and other components supplied by the dosing pumps is constantly displayed on the dosing pumps displays.
Preparing the working solution (mixing water and other constituents) takes place in the hydraulic line of the system with a special device installed directly in front of the place of application on the seeds (treating chamber).
The system can perform the SARR function – it can change the amount of the working liquid (water and other components) depending on the change in the supply of seeds.
