Application: High-tech pre-sowing preparation of seeds for cereal, leguminous, and other agricultural crops. The upgraded machinery combines high dosing accuracy, reliable operation, ergonomics, and increased capacity — from 1 to 5 t/h (for wheat).
HIGH CAPACITY & UNIVERSAL 230 V POWER SUPPLY
Capacity up to 5 tons/hour: Allows fast and high-quality processing of large seed volumes (1–5 t/h for wheat) with flexible speed adjustment to match your workflow.
- Maximum Autonomy: Unlike the standard 3-phase version (400 V), this machine runs on a standard single-phase 230 V power outlet or an autonomous gasoline/diesel generator.
- No Need for Industrial Power: The unit can be deployed quickly at any site, field camp, or remote location without setting up heavy electrical infrastructure.

- Custom-Designed Screw Conveyor (with Reverse Mode): Unlike classic spiral metal augers, this machine uses a purpose-engineered design with polyurethane inserts that gently transport seeds without damage (crucial for soybeans and corn). The reverse feature allows quick clearing of remaining grain from the auger housing when switching crops or ending a shift, relieving the line and minimizing losses.
- Variable-Speed Magnetic Mixer: Precise speed control of the mixing blades allows custom adjustment for any solution viscosity and chemical type, maintaining constant homogeneity.
- In-House Manufactured Programmable Peristaltic Metering Pump: Guarantees exceptional liquid feed accuracy and complete, uniform coating of every seed with a protective layer.
AUTOMATION & COST OPTIMIZATION
Automatic Level Sensor Shut-off: An integrated sensor in the hopper monitors grain presence and instantly cuts off liquid supply as soon as the container empties.

- With Dual-Flow Distributor — for fast, convenient filling of treated seeds into 2 big-bag sacks.
- Direct Unloading Spout (without Distributor) — for direct grain discharge into a truck bed or trailer.
