Preparation of working solutions for treating seeds is a troublesome and sometimes long-term process. After all, in addition to water and treating agent, it is often necessary to add another form of fungicide, insecticide, growth stimulator, trace elements, etc. And all this in different proportions. The operation of the system of separate supply of water and preparations is based on the unification of a certain number of peristaltic dosing pumps of the НП-2 type, which depends on the number of components of the working solution, including water, in a single program. Setting the flow rate (l/t) and each component in the working unit of the solution (in percentage terms) is made from the general control panel or on each of the dispensers that supply components from separate containers, as a rule, in which the preparation is supplied. Water is supplied to the system by a dispenser from the main tank of the treater. During the operation of the system, the displays of the dispensers constantly show express information on the actual amount of water and other components supplied by them.

The preparation of the working solution (mixing of water and other components) takes place in the hydraulic line of the system with a special device installed immediately before the place of application to the seed material (treating chamber).

The system can perform the AFRS function - change the amount of working fluid (water and other components) depending on the change in seed supply.
